Back in the seventies, Mr. Roon (Mr. Chai) is an ambitious young man eager to learn the trade and craftmanship of tailoring suits. He started an apprenticeship working in a tailor boutique near a US military base and as a result, he understood very early on what makes occidental customers tick when it comes to elegance & allure.
